    The Chez le Pèr’ Gras team welcome you to a place of exceptional views and outstanding cuisine.

    With a combined experience of 127 years up on the Bastille and with the title of Master Restaurateur under his belt, Laurent Gras and his team offer inspiring cuisine using fresh seasonal produce in a room able to accommodate 120 seated guests and a 140-guest terrace surrounded by venerable lime trees.

    The restaurant combines fine dining with traditional cuisine, so all you have to do is come and enjoy the flagship dishes for which it is famed, such as Gratin Dauphinois, lobster or foie gras, and plenty more.

    Open from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime. Closed Monday and Sunday evening.
    Closure of the restaurant at the Bastille scheduled for Sunday evening, November 17, 2024,after his service (the offices remain open).
    Reopening on March 14, 2025.

    The Grenoble Christmas Market is fast approaching! This year again, the team of the restaurant “Chez Le Per’Gras” comes down from its Bastille to be present at the 2024 edition of the Christmas Market, Place Victor Hugo, from November 22 to December 24, 2024.

    The entire team will be mobilized to welcome you with family, friends, between colleagues, lovers or simply stroll and sit quietly in our warm corners!

  • The restaurant Chez Le Pèr’Gras is labeled Green Key:
    “Green Key Label is the first eco-label intended for tourist accommodation and restaurants that wish to be part of a sustainable tourism approach. It is a label that is both operational and accessible and is set up voluntarily. This label is present in 60 countries on 5 continents. In France, 1,077 establishments are labeled today.

    This label meets around a hundred criteria in the field of sustainable tourism: deployment of an environmental policy and a responsible approach, management of water, waste or energy, or even responsible purchasing, particularly in terms of ‘food and maintenance’.
