Bastille Art Center

An annual program of exhibitions combining the richness and diversity of international contemporary art:

Located in vaulted cut stone casemates, the Cab renews the way we look at contemporary creation. It is also an available team that accompanies visitors in their discovery of the exhibitions by playing the card of intermediation between the artistic experience and the public.

The Cab has a variety of exhibitions, mediations and meetings around the works presented, particulary thanks to the program of Unusual in partnership with various Grenoble associations for concerts or film or documentary screenings. The Cab:
- Supports French artists and international artists in their projects,
- Supports the emerging art scene,
- Allows a sensitive meeting with the works between artists and the public.
The Cab is a member of the AC / RA network. Participation of one euro per adult is requested but it is not mandatory.

Come to the Bastille art centre with the cable car

Project Room est un programme dédié à la jeune création artistique de la Région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. Avec Thibaud Bernard-Helis le projet est cette année découpé en 4 temporalités.

Voici les volets 2 et 3 : Arcanes Majeurs “Epée” à partir du 17/11/2024 et “Coupe” à partir du 21/12/2024.

Thibaut Bernard-Helis est un artiste français né en 1989 et formé à l’ESAD •Grenoble •Valence.
Son travail se porte ici sur l’élaboration d’un tarot ayant pour sujet la légende dantesque au travers de divers supports :
conférence, installations, dessins, temps de pratique du tarot, performance musicale etc…..

Vernissage – samedi 16 novembre 2024 de 11h30 à 13h.
Matinales – les mercredis matins à partir de 11h.
